CALI responded to APRA’s consultation on the non-confidentiality determination and statistical publications for general and life insurance.
To support a level playing field, and to ensure market integrity, contestability and innovation, CALI strongly endorses APRA’s proposals to maintain consistency with the previous capital and reporting framework, and to not publish class of business or product group data and individual insurer-level.
