Being part of the ReCALIbrate 2024 program opened my eyes to a world of opportunity within the risk insurance industry. Connecting with likeminded female advisers from across Australia was incredibly empowering and I can’t thank the ReCALIbrate program enough for the opportunity.

The ReCALIbrate program has opened doors I never expected. I’ve had one-on-one mentoring with Nadine Gooderick, Managing Director of ClearView, and was invited to speak at their International Women’s Day event in Sydney. It has helped me build relationships that are shaping my career in advice.
Azaria Bell

ReCALIbrate gave me a reason to show up somewhere I probably wouldn’t have gone otherwise, and I’m so glad I did. Being surrounded by a group of passionate, like-minded advisers made the FAAA Congress feel instantly more accessible. I came away with a bigger perspective, fresh energy, and conversations I’m still thinking about.

The ReCALIbrate grant wasn’t just to attend a conference, CALI made an investment in my development. It has reminded me that the future of advice needs more diverse, real, and relatable voices. If you’re thinking about applying but aren’t sure, take the leap. You’re more ready than you think.
