Zoe brings nearly a decade of experience helping Australians from all walks of life understand and achieve their financial goals. With a reputation for providing advice that’s both practical and relatable, Zoe believes financial advice is for everyone. Passionate about improving financial literacy, Zoe focuses on empowering young people and women to feel confident in making informed decisions about their money and their future. Currently undertaking her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, she is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and delivering meaningful, accessible advice.
Outside of her work, Zoe is an avid traveller who loves to explore new places, a keen footy fan, and a spear fisher in training. She brings the same curiosity, discipline, and enthusiasm she applies in life to her work, helping people not only build wealth but build lives they truly enjoy.
Natalie Lackner
Self-taught pianist, avid reader and a specialist life insurance adviser dedicated to helping clients gain clarity and confidence.
Natalie is the founder of Parachute Cover and a life insurance specialist with 15 years of experience in financial advice. She’s passionate about making life insurance clear and meaningful—because protecting what matters shouldn’t feel overwhelming.
After years of focusing on risk advice, Natalie launched her own business to bring clarity and confidence to clients and to support other advice professionals and businesses who choose not to tackle this complex area. She feels privileged to work in such a great and supportive industry.
When she’s not working with clients or collaborating with peers, Natalie brings her zest for life to everything she does—whether it’s hitting the gym, reading, teaching herself piano or tackling Ottolenghi recipes in the kitchen to bring her family and friends together. For her, life insurance isn’t just an insurance contract; it’s peace of mind for families, businesses, and communities.
Kristy Mitchell
Seasoned Australian camper, 90s heavy metal music enthusiast and a life insurance specialist devoted to making advice more accessible.
Kristy is the Director of her new business Stella Advice, and a specialist Risk Adviser with over 15 years of experience. She helps individuals and families all over Australia, especially farmers and those in mining, with life risk insurance, superannuation and retirement planning. Based in regional Queensland, Kristy is committed to making insurance advice accessible and understandable and she loves to help those in regional Australia access advice regardless of their location. Outside work, she enjoys going to the beach with her family and watching her children play sport.
Clare Telford
Clare is a keen gardener, devoted cat mum, and enthusiastic restorer of old furniture. After spending 15 years engaged in voluntary missionary work across Australia and overseas, she has recently returned to the financial planning profession.
Currently completing her Professional Year and a Master of Financial Planning, Clare is committed to deepening her expertise and broadening the scope of advice she can offer. Her passion lies in providing ethical, easy-to-understand financial advice that is both affordable and genuinely beneficial to every client she works with.
Clare has dreams of building a business that empowers women with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their own financial freedom. Her approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a sincere desire to leave each client better off for having met her.
Alyssa Turner
Experienced traveller, proud miniature dachshund owner and a financial adviser focused on bringing fresh perspectives to clients and mentoring those in the profession.
Alyssa is the sole female adviser in a team of eight advisers and loves being able to provide a fresh perspective to her clients. She was the first in the business to progress through the professional year pathway and prides herself in her ability to support and mentor other professional year graduates to ensure they are successful in their progression.
Having worked in various roles in the financial planning industry (starting in administration, working through Paraplanning and Associate Adviser roles) Alyssa understands that every role within a financial planning business plays a vital part in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. She takes pride in being a conduit between all departments (including training and mentoring various different teams) to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified approach to helping clients.

Nicole Bendeich
A proud Wiradjuri woman and a financial risk adviser with over 20 years industry experience in financial advice, compliance and life insurance.
Nicole Bendeich AFP® leads Calibre Life, a risk-specialist firm trusted by financial planners, accountants and lawyers to strengthen their client care programs with expert risk advice. Known for her down-to-earth style, Nicole creates a judgement-free space where clients can ask questions and feel heard. She collaborates with them to build their cover story, helping them understand the vital role insurance plays in wealth protection.
Beyond client work, Nicole contributes to the industry via AFSL committees, university boards and insurer panels that shape the future of life insurance education. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys supporting her kids in netball, soccer, and athletics, while continuing her 19-year involvement in the netball community as a mentor and umpire and volunteers at both local and state championships.
Janice Choo
A yoga enthusiast, martial arts trainee and Sunday school teacher, Janice brings balance to every aspect of her life!
Janice is a passionate financial planner with more than 14 years’ experience dedicated to empowering young families and professionals, especially women, to achieve financial independence. Janice combines her deep expertise in finance and insurance to guide her clients through life’s complexities with empathy and insight.
She was recently awarded finalist for both Financial Adviser of the Year at the 2024 Women in Finance Awards and the 2024 Victoria Top 100 Asia Innovation Business Leader in Finance.

A Toowoomba local, mum to four boys under 10 and a financial planner with 18 years’ experience dedicated to helping clients manage, grow, and protect their wealth. With a deep understanding of the financial advice industry, Nikki is passionate about delivering holistic strategies tailored to individual needs.
Nikki believes that the key to successful financial planning lies in building strong relationships with her clients. By gaining a deep understanding of their unique goals, she guides them through various life stages with confidence and clarity.
Rebecca Pritchard
Formula 1 fanatic, lover of learning and a senior financial planner and partner at Rising Tide on a mission to empower women to turn financial clarity into a superpower. To top it off, she’s also pursuing further tertiary study while working full-time and raising her two young kids.
With a strong background in corporate finance and a decade of crafting strategies that align money with purpose, Rebecca understands that true wealth is about freedom, not just numbers.

In 2020, Sam’s life took an unexpected turn when she injured her back. With an income protection policy in place, she was allowed the space to fully focus on her 18-month recovery. During this time, her perspective on life shifted dramatically and with newfound clarity, she established her own business to empower people to make choices that lead to both fulfilment and financial security.
Based in Melbourne, Sam’s greatest strength lies in building meaningful connections with her clients and sharing her financial expertise to help them align their money with their life.

After building and exiting her own successful advice practice, she now shares her strategies with advisers across Australia and beyond, including helping train over 200,000 Japanese advisers as part of a global mission to scale quality advice.
Trish Gregory CFP
Carer to chickens and bees, mum of three children and a passionate CFP® Financial Adviser, having worked with clients from 18 to 90 years old.
With a Masters in Financial Planning, Trish brings her unique life experience into every interaction to truly understand what is important to each and every client. After almost a decade of providing holistic goals-based financial advice, in 2025 Trish pivoted to specialise in providing insurance-only advice. She now serves an ever-growing cohort of uninsured younger Australians. In her spare time, Trish chases after her three children, tends to her edible garden and goes on the occasional hike.
Azaria Bell
An avid cyclist, book enthusiast and a financial adviser specialising in personal insurance with a focus on helping Australians safeguard their financial wellbeing.
Azaria works closely with clients to ensure they’re supported through life’s unexpected challenges. Since starting her career, Azaria has contributed to the profession through hosting personal finance podcasts, sharing insights at industry events, and being acknowledged with awards such as the 2023 Young Financial Adviser of the Year at the ifa Excellence Awards. She is passionate about making quality financial advice accessible and meaningful, helping people build confidence in their financial future.
Asha Burrows
An early gym riser, nature loving mother of two teenagers and owner of Platinum Financial Planning, Asha has over 17 years of experience in the financial planning industry.
Her life experience and continued education have allowed her to be a sounding board and advocate for her clients. Providing a personalised experience is always front of mind and has allowed Asha to be able to grow her business and form deeper connections with clients.
Asha believes in the power of relationships and building a strong foundation for her clients. She lives and breathes the process with her clients and thrives on seeing them progress through all of their life stages to achieve financial freedom.
Kirsten Genter
A love for farming, motorsports fanatic and financial planner passionate about giving advice, particularly helping farmers and agribusiness owners navigate their unique risk needs.
Kirsten started her career as an assistant to a financial planner at the young age of 17. Her first role as a financial planner was with home lenders in a banking environment where she discovered her love for giving advice on risk insurance. Over the years, Kirsten has worked in various roles as a holistic planner. But her passion for risk insurance led her back to a specialist role with Zurich. Now, she helps customers make sense of the often-complicated world of risk insurance every day – all while loving living and working remotely on her family farm in regional NSW.
